How does it work?
- A temporary agency worker typically supplements clients company’s own staff part-time or full-time in seasonal work and when demand fluctuates, or fills in for their own employee’s absence as a substitute. Temporary agency work can also be an excellent recruitment channel, i.e. the employee can move to your own payroll after a few months of temporary work.
- Silver 50+ is the employer of temporary agency workers. We take care of the payment of salaries and the arrangement of health care and support the employee in matters related to the employment relationship.
- As the client, your company’s supervisors have supervisory responsibilities, which include orientation, guidance of daily work and giving feedback as usual.
- We invoice your company for the work done based on approved working time entries.

Top applicants are advised by us to take the tests. Our sertified assessment consultant conducts an structured interview to verify the results, writes an assessment report on each applicant and consults on it for you.
